By engaging Chores-n-more LLC for floor cleaning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Chores-n-more LLC provides professional floor cleaning, polishing, and restoration services including but not limited to:

• Residential floor cleaning and maintenance
• Commercial floor polishing and care
• Deep floor restoration and repair
• Emergency cleaning services
• Specialty surface treatment
• Regular maintenance programs

3. Scheduling and Appointments

Service appointments are scheduled based on availability and confirmed in advance. We require:

• 24-hour notice for appointment changes or cancellations
• Access to the service area during scheduled times
• Clear communication of any special requirements or concerns
• Payment of any applicable cancellation fees for last-minute changes

4. Pricing and Payment

Our pricing structure includes:

• Transparent per-square-foot pricing for most services
• Minimum service areas as specified for each service type
• Additional charges for extra services (furniture moving, same-day service, etc.)
• Volume discounts for large commercial projects

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Commercial clients may qualify for Net 30 payment terms.

5. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure quality service delivery, customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about floor types and conditions
• Removing or securing valuable items from the service area
• Ensuring safe access to all areas requiring service
• Disclosing any known hazards or special conditions
• Providing adequate lighting and electrical access
• Ensuring pets are secured during service

6. Service Quality and Satisfaction

We are committed to providing high-quality services and stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of completion. We will work with you to address any concerns and, if necessary, return to correct any issues at no additional charge.

7. Limitations of Liability

While we carry comprehensive insurance and take every precaution to protect your property, our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for damage to floors that are structurally unsound, previously damaged, or not suitable for the requested service. Pre-existing conditions will be noted during our initial assessment.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, equipment failure, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, we will reschedule services at the earliest possible opportunity.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Chores-n-more LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our content without written permission.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled according to Wyoming state law and jurisdiction.
